About Wade

Wade is a Long Island, born and raised native. Having spent the entirety of his life on Long Island, combined with a innate passion for the real estate market gives him a knowledgeable approach to his client’s needs, wants and desires. Wade earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Farmingdale State University on Long Island where he graduated Cum Laude and was recognized by Sigma Beta Delta for his academic achievements in business, management and administration.

After earning his degree, Wade went on to hold an integral position in the family mechanical business giving him vast knowledge on residential and commercial dwellings and the mechanical systems that encompass them. Wade is able to transfer his vast knowledge of construction and management, as well as his customer service and negotiating skills to his Real Estate career giving him a competitive edge when helping his clients buy, sell and invest in real estate.

Wade’s impeccable work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset allows him to foster divergent thinking. Wade has personally been on the buying and selling side of real estate transactions on Long Island, which allows Wade to appreciate the importance and significance of each step in the process.
